We’re excited to welcome about 50 international students to our community this year — and we need YOU to help make them feel at home!
We’re hoping for 40 amazing volunteers to help during this event hosted at CCC.
🧡 Volunteer Roles Needed
(*most needed)
- 🚗 Student Shuttle – Personal Vehicle Drivers*
- 🚌 CCC Van Drivers (must be approved CCC van driver)
- 🍽 Food Team
- 🏠 Household Goods Team (Wednesday night)
- 🎁 Wrappers (must be at least 12 years old)
- 🌍 Ambassadors (must be part of Coffee Hour)
- 👋 Welcome Table Hosts (15+ with Monday training)
- 📋 Student & Volunteer Check-in Team
- 😊 Greeters (includes walking students and check-in)
- 🧭 Guide Team (help students select furniture types)*
- 🚦Student Flow Management Team
- 📸 Media Team
- 🙌 Facilitation Team
❗ No childcare will be provided. Children may attend but must be supervised at all times.
