Why?

About the Furniture Give-Away (FGA)

Students and scholars express in words their appreciation for this expression of love. Some students and scholars return as volunteers the next year and some re-gift the items back to the Furniture Giveaway when they leave town.

Why Help?

  • It is an opportunity for you to help us be ambassadors to new incoming students and scholars from around the world and give them a great first impression of the U.S. It is a way to show your Hoosier Hospitality.
  • Many of these students and scholars who are arriving in our country have very little and greatly appreciate what we are offering.
  • Many will be future leaders who will be impacted by the love shown to them.
  • Most important: To show them the love of Christ in action!
